Process of making a floor plan at Sterling Techno Constructions

To begin, the architect team at SterlingTechno Constructions will take a design brief from you to understand your requirements. Based on this brief, the architect prepares a floor plan and shares it with you for feedback. This step typically takes 10-14 days.

Once the first draft of the floor plan is ready, we prefer to present it to the owner’s family via video call or in-person meeting rather than sending it by email. This approach allows us to explain the thought process behind the floor plan and better understand your reactions and views.

After presenting the first draft, the family usually provides feedback within 2-3 days. We then update the floor plan based on this feedback and share it again for further input. This process is repeated 2-3 more times until we finalize the floor plan. Generally, this takes about 30-45 days. If the design brief changes, the process restarts from the beginning.

Every home we build is custom-designed based on the current owners’ requirements. Therefore, any floor plan you see from our existing or previous projects is tailored specifically for that family. It may not be the perfect plan for you, but it is perfect for the family living in that home.
