02 / PLOT COLLABORATION

More possibility.
On your land.

A partnership for plot owners: Sterling designs and builds, in exchange for an agreed share of floors in the finished property.

HOW COLLABORATION WORKS

Start with potential.
Agree on the details.

Your plot is the starting point. A clear agreement is the foundation.

We assess the location, plot and development potential together. Sterling undertakes construction at its own expense in exchange for one or more agreed floors in the completed building.

The allocation of floors, specifications, responsibilities and schedule are project-specific. These are agreed before work begins.

01

Explore feasibility

Share your plot location, dimensions and what you hope to achieve.

02

Shape the agreement

Discuss floor allocation, material specifications, approvals and the construction programme.

03

Build together

Coordinate designs, selections and site progress through a single project team.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Is every plot suitable?

Suitability depends on location, plot dimensions, development rules and project feasibility. The first conversation helps establish whether collaboration is a fit.

Who pays for construction?

Under the collaboration model, Sterling funds construction in exchange for the agreed floor allocation. All financial responsibilities and other costs must be clearly set out in the project agreement.

Will I be involved in design decisions?

Yes. Layouts, interiors and material selections are discussed during planning. Progress updates and site photographs help keep you informed during construction.
