Where do you work?
We work across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We review the location and project requirements before confirming a proposal.
Can I choose my materials and finishes?
Yes. We discuss specifications, finishes and LookBook options during planning, so your selections can be reflected in the scope and budget.
How are the budget and timeline decided?
After understanding the plot and brief, the team develops a proposal. The agreed scope, price, schedule and any change process are documented in the project agreement.
What warranty is offered?
Warranty coverage may extend up to 10 years for agreed aspects of the project. The applicable coverage, exclusions and duration are defined in your project contract.
